Welcome to

Post 429
Rhinebeck, New York
At American Legion Post 429, we are committed to fostering a sense of community and providing a supportive environment where Veterans can come together, share experiences, and support one another.
We cultivate camaraderie and a collective spirit of service through a wide range of events and activities that reflect our love of country, our gratitude to all who serve and have served, and our devotion to the broader American Legion family and its values.

OUR MISSION
For God and Country, we solemnly pledge our steadfast support to our veterans, their families, our military service members, and the broader community. We are dedicated to fulfilling our obligations with diligence and unwavering commitment.
Our mission is to unify the American Legion Family and to fortify the foundation of Post 429. We will collaborate closely with the Sons of the American Legion, the Auxiliary, local and national veterans’ organizations, governmental bodies, and community outreach programs to advance our shared goals.
We remain devoted to advocating for veterans at both the local and national levels. Through education and engagement, we will strive to foster patriotism, promote responsible citizenship, and uphold the values of peace and national security.
May God bless the United States of America.

Commander, American Legion Post 429
